★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have just finished an 8 week Mindfullness medication course with Villia. I already use many of her practices from my Soul Coach training with her and I am in the habit of daily meditations, so it was a warming experience to share in a group meditation and learn different techniques than the one I currently use.
The most important thing that I recieved from this course was to realize how full of judgement I was and my need to control, so thanks to Mindfullness I am learning to let go and just be.
I am grateful for the gift that I have recieved, thank you Villia
