Eenmaal aangekomen was monteur niet op de hoogte van de door mij gemelde problemen en had geen ervaring met ketel. Heeft onderdeel uit ketel gehaald met de melding dat de ketel niet meer te repareren was, gevolgd door een offerte voor een nieuwe ketel. Second opinion aangevraagd bij andere installateur die probleem binnen 2 minuten heeft opgelost. Uiteindelijk bijna een week in de kou gezeten. Called a technician for problems with the boiler, could come the next day. Once arrived, the engineer was not aware of the problems I reported and had no experience with the boiler. Has removed part from boiler with the message that the boiler could no longer be repaired, followed by a quote for a new boiler. Second opinion requested from another installer who solved the problem within 2 minutes. I ended up in the cold for almost a week.

Zij hebben de volledige riolering onder ons huis en naar de toiletten en het sanitair zelf bij ons vervangen en ook een slim ventilatorensysteem geplaatst. Ze hebben technische ideeën aangedragen, waardoor er bijv meer ruimte overbleef in het toilet, erg fijn als er zo meegedacht wordt! Echte vakmannen, die vriendelijk, netjes en snel werken. Ik werd elke dag even gebeld met de voortgang. Alles netjes opgeruimd nadien en ook prettig is dat er goed rekening gehouden wordt met geluidsoverlast, bijv geen gettoblasters mee en rustig op straat. Zo zijn de werkzaamheden ook voor de buren zo min mogelijk storend. Bij opmaken van offerte heldere communicatie en passende prijs. Kortom, ik raad deze installateurs van harte aan! R	Ron Paran on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used Installatiebedrijf Vossebelt B.V. to repair a boiler in an apartment I own as I have a service contract with them. Never again. They overcharged me for work and parking until I protested strongly twice. The boiler still had a problem and they refused to come back until I paid the first bill which I contested. One of their letters also said that I have to pay cash for the return visit and that they would take legal action over the bill. Be aware that they also charge for travel time and, seemingly, over the usual rate for parking and add BTW to it: BTW is included in local parking.
