Wegens een wissel van baan moesten wij als gezin snel verhuizen. De reistijd zou erg toe gaan nemen als we bleven wonen waar we woonden. Dit speelde zich af tijdens de ''intelligente lockdown'' een tijd met veel onzekerheid. We vonden via Interhouse een prachtig huurhuis in de gezellige gemeente Voorhout. De afspraak voor bezichtiging was snel gemaakt, ook was er snel duidelijkheid over de documentatie die van ons verwacht werd. De beoordeling verliep razend snel en daarmee ook het tekenen van het contract. Binnen een maand zaten we in ons heerlijke huis met tuin. Het huis bevalt ons geweldig en we zijn ontzettend blij dat Interhouse ons geholpen heeft om in deze bijzondere tijd deze stap te kunnen zetten!

Still waiting for the deposit back after moving out from the rental apartment for two months. Interhouse, together with the landlord kept fooling me around. (I will keep updating the progress here in few weeks.)

Now, it is almost 3 months after I moved out from the apartment. I haven't receive one cent back from the landlord or the interhouse. However, interhouse claimed in the reply of this review saying they had transfer 422 euro back to me within one month. (1) Could you provide the transaction as the proof that you did it? Because I literally didn't receive anything. (2) I started chasing for my deposit because you didn't pay me back in one month, how could you claim you did it within one month?

β β β β β Very bad experience as renter. We gave the appartement back very clean except that it had a very small black stain on the floor. It could have been easily removed by replacing the only wooden part that was affected. Instead, they made us believe that it was ireplacable and even if it was, the replacing floor would have been of a different color. They made us pay 750 euros for that.
Overall, they talked to me like I wasnβt a customer (with strong words and strong voice) several times.
I am not recommending this agency to rent a place, definitely not.
