★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Een super fijne supermarkt. Fijne aardige en gezellige medewerkers én de service (in mijn geval thuisbezorgen) is top!!! Ze zijn zeer flexibel ook.
 A super nice supermarket. Nice, nice and friendly employees and the service (in my case home delivery) is top !!! They are very flexible too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fijn assortiment, maar de regie ontbreekt een beetje. Liggen vaak geen belegde broodjes waarna het lang kan duren voordat iemand een broodje voor je heeft gemaakt.
Nice range, but the direction is a bit lacking. Often there are no sandwiches after which it can take a long time before someone has made a sandwich for you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Net 1 broodje brie en 1 broodje tonijnsalade gekocht bij de Spar in Hilversum. Ik heb vaker broodjes van de Spar gegeten in Amersfoort die waren heerlijk!
Ik heb hier een Italiaanse bol gekregen met een lepeltje tonijnsalade. Dat was niet te vreten ik at letterlijk een brood. Broodje Brie was ook niet goed.
Wel een hele leuke spontane dame, MAAR ze moet wel weten hoe het in z'n werk gaat!! Jammer !!
Just bought 1 sandwich brie and 1 sandwich tuna salad at the Spar in Hilversum. I have often eaten sandwiches from the Spar in Amersfoort that were delicious!
I got an Italian roll with a spoonful of tuna salad. That was impossible to eat, I literally ate a loaf of bread. Brie sandwich was also not good.
A very nice spontaneous lady, BUT she must know how it works !! Unfortunately !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vandaag een Mystery box gehaald met de NoFoodWasted App. Ondanks dat ze niet op de hoogte waren (geen melding gekregen, maar dat is een fout van de app, niet van Spar), ging een medewerker ter plekke en direct iets samenstellen. Heel fijne ervaring dus, top personeel daar bij Spar Hilversum!
Made a Mystery box today with the NoFoodWasted App. Despite the fact that they were not informed (no notification was received, but that was an error from the app, not from Spar), an employee went to the site and put something together immediately. Very nice experience, top staff there at Spar Hilversum!

Ondanks de beperkte ruimte, toch een ruime keuze aan artikelen.
Ook word je vaak begroet, wat het concept buurtsuper benadrukt, erg fijn!
Great shop, I regularly go shopping there.
Despite the limited space, a wide choice of articles.
You are also often greeted, which emphasizes the concept of neighborhood supermarket, very nice!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kom hier paar x per week. Altijd netjes mond kapje op... Nu onbewust vergeet ik hem en loop de winkel binnen. De dame achter de kassa ziet me zegtniets tot ik bin de kassa kom en krijg ik toch de wind van voren. Zo onbeschoft. Ga voortaan mijnunch wel ergens anders halen.
Come here few times a week. Always neat mouth cap ... Now unconsciously I forget it and walk into the store. The lady behind the till sees me and says nothing until I get to the till and I get the wind from the front anyway. So rude. Go get my lunch somewhere else from now on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prima convenience store voor Nederlandse begrippen. Lekkere broodjes en goede lunch deals.
Mooi plekje waar je vaak even kunt stoppen/kort parkeren. Koffie voor een euro. Goede deal.
Kan nog niet tippen aan de Aziatische convenience stores zoals de Family Mart's in Japan/Shanghai/Taiwan of de 7/11's. Maar voor Nederlandse begrippen goede winkel en beter dan een AH to go.
Excellent convenience store by Dutch standards. Tasty sandwiches and good lunch deals.
Nice place where you can often stop / short park. Coffee for one euro. Good deal.
Not yet comparable to the Asian convenience stores such as the Family Mart's in Japan / Shanghai / Taiwan or the 7 / 11's. But by Dutch standards a good shop and better than an AH to go.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waardeloze service. Pakketje besteld en zou door UPS worden bezorgd. Deze Spar vestiging opgegeven als afleverlocatie. Bij ophalen kreeg ik van de eigenaar (?) de laconieke mededeling dat de opslagkast al vol zat met andere pakketjes en dat hij daarom alles wat die dag binnenkwam weer aan de bezorger had meegegeven. Op de vraag wat nu: ja dat moet u maar met UPS uitzoeken. Lekker de problemen bij iemand anders neerleggen. Dankjewel!
Lousy service. Package ordered and would be delivered by UPS. This Spar location is specified as the delivery location. When I picked it up, the owner (?) gave me the laconic message that the storage cupboard was already full with other packages and that he had therefore given everything that came in that day to the delivery person. When asked what now: yes, you should find out with UPS. Leave the problems to someone else. Thank you!
