★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bus was delayed for almost two hours! As if that wasn't appalling enough, the bus driver made not one, but two detours. Keep in mind the journey was only about 1:30 hours...The first stop was for the driver to SMOKE and the other was so he could say hello to his friend at the car rest stop. No joke, he stopped at a motorest, got out of the car to meet his friend who was parked there, hugged him, chatted for a minute and then kept driving like NOTHING! How is this even allowed??? The level of unprofessionalism is far too much. Very upset and disappointed, please do better before you lose customers!! R
