★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Erg behulpzaam personeel. Ook wanneer het druk is wordt er de tijd genomen om je van alle informatie en benodigdheden te voorzien, wat erg prettig is. Ook erg fijn dat men meedenkt qua budget als de bestemming naar keuze daar niet binnen valt; hierdoor hebben we wat extra inspiratie meegekregen.
 Very helpful staff. Even when it is busy, time is taken to provide you with all the information and supplies, which is very pleasant. Also very nice that people think along in terms of budget if the destination of their choice does not fall within it; this gave us some extra inspiration.

Prachtig om de locatie alvast goed te kunnen bekijken op het grote interactieve beeldscherm.
Very friendly staff advised and helped us, while enjoying a cup of coffee, to convert our trip to La Palma, due to lava troubles, into an alternative suitable for us. It is wonderful to be able to view the location on the large interactive screen.
