★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Xenos is een leuke zaak, heeft leuke dingen op allerlei gebied. Ik ga er heen om te kijken wat ze aan knutsel spullen hebben, dat mag best uitgebreid worden, vind ik. Ook wierook allerhande op dat gebied, dat vind je nergens of je moet speciaal op bepaalde websites zijn. Ja, Xenos heeft van alles en leuk betaalbaar.
Xenos is a nice business, has nice things in all kinds of areas. I go there to see what craft items they have, I think that should be expanded. Also all kinds of incense in that area, you will not find that anywhere unless you have to be special on certain websites. Yes, Xenos has everything and is nice and affordable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slechte service. Op zaterdag voor vaderdag een hangmat en frame gekocht, blijkt dat helemaal niet bij elkaar te horen. Het blijkt dat de hangmat moet worden opgehangen. Volgens de website is de winkel iedere werkdag om 09:00 open, maar als ik om 10:30 bij de winkel sta krijg ik te horen dat ze pas om 11:00 open zijn. Dat dit voor mij de deze week de enige mogelijkheid was om te ruilen maakte niet uit, ik moest maar wachten.
Daar sta je dan, verkeerd geholpen in de winkel, misleid door hun eigen website en weggestuurd voor de winkel omdat ze geen zin hebben 1 klant een half uurtje eerder te helpen met zijn vaders cadeau.
