★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3 weken terug een kado besteld voor sinterklaas avond. garantie was dat deze binnen zou komen. Al mijn gegevens achter gelaten en nooit een berichtje gehad. Kom ik langs om te vragen krijg ik te horen dat het kado weg is omdat er iemand anders voor mij was..........
Hele slechte services en datgene dat maakt dat je als winkel zou kunnen concurreren met het internet maken ze niet waar. Veel woorden maar geen daden en als klant sta je dus mooi met lege handen.
Conclusie: Deze winkel krijgt mijn steun tegen het internet niet meer en kan wat mij betreft afstevenen op een faillissement.
3 weeks ago ordered a present for Sinterklaas evening. guarantee was that it would come in. I left all my details and never got a message. I come by to ask, I am told that the present is gone because someone else was there for me ..........
They do not live up to very bad services and the things that make your shop compete with the internet. Lots of words but no deeds and as a customer you are left empty-handed.
Conclusion: This store is no longer getting my support against the internet and could be heading for bankruptcy as far as I'm concerned.

Friendly staff and helpful. Nice and neat shop. Unfortunately they didn't have what we were looking for.
