Zeker niet moeilijk qua ruilen.
Ik zou zeggen TOP winkel maar vooral personeel.
 Great service and very customer friendly.
Certainly not difficult in terms of exchange.
I would say TOP shop but especially staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hele slechte service!!!!! Vorige week een spel gekocht, werd niet gesealed mee gegeven. Nu wil je hem terug brengen omdat je het niks vind, en dan zeggen bij terug brengen dat de klant liegt omdat op de bon staat aangegeven dat hij gesealed moet zijn?!. Klanten service doet er ook geen reet aan.
Very bad service !!!!! Bought a game last week, it was not sealed. Now you want to bring him back because you don't like it, and then say when you bring back the customer is lying because the receipt states that he must be sealed?!. Customer service does not hurt.
