★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hele snelle service, met reparaties zeer snel en betrouwbaar en vooral de passie voor hun werk maakt het een top bedrijf! Als je in Dordrecht en omgeving moet kiezen naar welke apple store je moet gaan... geen twijfel mogelijk, dat is ION! ( Bij `die andere apple store` in Dordt stuurden ze me weg omdat een scherm van een Ipad vervangen niet mogelijk was.....
Bij ION hadden ze het in nauwelijks 4 dagen voor elkaar!)
 Very fast service, with repairs very fast and reliable and above all the passion for their work makes it a top company! If you have to choose which apple store to go to in Dordrecht and the surrounding area... no doubt about it, that's ION! (At `that other apple store` in Dordt they sent me away because replacing an Ipad screen was not possible.....
At ION they had it done in barely 4 days!)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is how service should be., loved it. Very knowledgeable people, service oriented and just did the job. I had a major problem with my Mac. The preferred Apple reseller in town had to send the MacBook to Apple, it could take weeks. At ION, they fixed it in house within a few days, with a perfect solution and for descent price. This is now my first choice to go to for Apple related purchases. Thanks guys!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An Apple Store.... for coffee? As a lifelong Android and Windows Nerd, going into an Apple Store seemed wrong.
But as a lifelong Coffee fanatic. I have to say this is without doubt The Best Coffee in town. The machines were clean, the staff informative and freindly, and the coffee 10/10.
I may never buy Apple products, but with people like this promoting them...
