Ik heb hier mijn telefoon heengebracht om mijn accu te laten vervangen die snel leeg liep. Kon er gelijk al terecht want de accu was op voorraad. De reparatie zou ongeveer 45 minuten duren. Na 45 minuten weer naar iRepairCentre gegaan en toen werd mij helaas verteld dat de achterkant van de telefoon is gebarsten (Samsung S9 met achterkant van glas). Na enig overleg omdat deze niet gebarsten was bij inlevering van het toestel, besloot de medewerker van iRepairCentre dat deze achterkant kostenloos werd vervangen. De originele kleur zwart was helaas niet op voorraad maar er werd een andere kleur (na overleg tussen mij en medewerker) als achterkant gebruikt. Mocht ik alsnog de originele kleur willen hebben dan was dat ook nog mogelijk, waar ik nu ook voor heb gekozen en inmiddels ook al is uitgevoerd. Al met al verdient de iRepairCentre en de medewerker deze 5 sterren, alles is perfect opgelost, communicatie verloopt super en jullie verlenen hele hoge service!

Ik kreeg razendsnel een offerte en de reparatie werd snel en netjes uitgevoerd. Ook werd er goed over gecommuniceerd.

iRepairCentre heeft mij snel en vakkundig geholpen toen mijn telefoon het had begeven. Evert had in no time door waar het probleem lag en kreeg hem dan ook snel weer aan de praat. Dit alles op een hele laagdrempelige en vriendelijke manier. Ik heb ook meteen een clearplex screenprotector aangeschaft en die heeft al meermaals mijn leven (oké, alleen mijn telefoon) gered. Hele grote aanrader voor als je onhandig bent zoals ik. Heel erg bedankt voor alles!

Vandaag vakkundig geholpen met een batterijprobleem bij een IPhone! Snelle en uitstekende service. Eerst bij Media Telecom GSM in de Kerkstraat geweest.. die hadden dus mijn telefoon/batterij verprutst. Wij gaan vanaf nu alleen nog maar naar IRepair. Nu werkt de telefoon weer perfect en vriendelijke medewerkers. Misschien wel ietsje duurder, maar zoveel beter!

It has been almost two weeks since I turned my macbook in for reparation and even the diagnostic of what may be wrong with my macbook is not known yet. Does macbook diagnostic really take this long? Moreover, although they said that they would keep me informed but most of the times I am the one who need to email them first before getting an answer. At first they said that they will tell me the diagnostic on Wednesday/Thursday after I turned my macbook in on Tuesday, then it changed to Friday as it was a busy schedule, then it changed again to the next Wednesday as they were waiting for some spareparts needed, then they said that the equipment will arrive on the Friday and they will keep me informed. It is Saturday now and I still have not received any information from them. This service center may be a good option when they are not busy and are loaded with the spareparts needed, otherwise you should prepared to wait for weeks and actively contact them before getting the diagnostic. I don't even know how many more weeks will it take for the reparation as I still am waiting for the diagnostic of my macbook's condition. The two-star rating is given for the hospitality given in the service center and a wishful thinking that the reparation result will be as good as what other reviewers said. I will not recommend this repair center for anyone who need to repair their devices quickly, though. I am sorry for reviewing in English, as my Dutch is not really good yet. -->Edit: Turned the 2 stars to 3.5 stars, bonus 0.5 star for the complementary service. The communication was poor and that was why I did not get notified when the problems found were more severe than the initial guess and this led to miscommunication, especially as it took few days in waiting for the spare parts. However, the staffs are informative and helpful, and the reparation works well. And they are responsible in handling the problems. Just my bad luck though for coming in the busy period. In some conditions, the customers should also be more proactive, and that was my mistake.
