Ik wilde mijn bril verwisselen en het personeel onderzocht mijn ogen, controleerde de nieuwe bril en zorgde ervoor dat ze de juiste maat hadden voor mijn gezicht. heel dankbaar voor deze geweldige service???
 i had a very good experience by nice and patient staff here who try their best to help the customers. I wanted to change my glasses and the staff examined my eyes, checked the new glasses and made sure they were the right size for my face. very grateful for this great service???

β β β β β We were on holiday in The Hague and had an eye condition we we worried about. The gentleman here was incredibly kind, helpful and professional. We would be happy to have this as our local optician and are very grateful for their kind service.

β β β β β Do not buy the lease! It is a rip off to steal money from you. They will continue to take money from your account, even after the 2 years are over. And they will not apply any overpayments to the glasses payoff amount.
This is definitely not a customer friendly option. They are definitely doing it to make money from the customers. So don't fall for their trap.

β β β β β Overpriced, and sort of scammy. They told me that if I get the lease package they will replace the glasses if anything happened to it, I mentioned that I am a bit clumsy and I loose things, they made me think that it will be replaced if that happens. So I agreed to get into their lease program. However, I unfortunately lost it. And they say that they cover complete destruction of the glasses but not loss. So basically now i am paying money for 2 years every month and i have no glasses.
