★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unprofessional. Made a mistake with my glasses. During the test they told me the left eye is worse than the right one, but in the prescription they wrote it down the other way around. So, the glasses came wrong. I only found out when going to another opticien. PS here is my order number: NL200901-636105373R)
Already went there second time. They remade it. But now they gave me glasses with a scratch on it and they removed a towel from the box to clean it. Super annoyed that I have to spend my time and go there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had Horrible experiences - glasses did not arrive after two months, wrong frame, two times wrong orders were placed, and yet had to deal with Impatient staff and customer service representative. I got the money back but will never never buy from them. Cheap but not worth it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the most beautiful glasses shop in Den Haag with reasonable price. The staff is really friendly and helpful.I've purchase three glasses there , since the shop opened. The collections are trendy with good quality. The only down side for me is that glasses always take so long to receive them, although i understand producing a brand new pair of glasses need time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store saved my life! The day before my final exam in The Hague my glasses suddenly got broken. My eyes are really bad so I can’t see anything without them. Thanks to the most friendly staff and optometrist there, they helped me get a nice new pair in one hour !! The glasses I got are great quality and the price was really affordable too! Couldn’t be happier, I think I will come back to this lovely store for another pair next time I’m in The Hague:)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In 2019 i bought glasses in the store in Dublin and had the eye test there. After that in couple weeks i started feeling bad, had dizziness all the time, i visited a lot of doctors and spent a lot of money trying to find the reason and only a month ago I found an eye doctor who told that the reason was the glasses. I spent 2 years at doctors because of the eye prescription. Won't recommend this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I agree to reviews below stating that service is beyond unprofessional. I am trying to get the glasses right for the 3d time and they again placed wrong order (cannot believe it). I specifically asked in the store to check the invoice (response was it will come only later in the day and now I am calling back its more than 12h so order is not changeable). Glasses arrive either with wrong lenses or wrong focal point, when I re order again same stuff. Fitting was made so poorly that I started having headaches. And the most interesting thing is that I went twice to do eye exam and completely different results ... If you get to talk to managers they are trying to accommodate you but the staff in the store is very rude.
