★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Onder leiding van de gebroeders Smits was het een prettige zaak in Kaatsheuvel, maar het is slecht gesteld met de klantvriendelijkheid. Niet zozeer van het winkelpersoneel maar wel van het administratiekantoor ver weg in het noorden.
Een simpele vraag over een betaling wordt arrogant afgewezen door een verveeld kantoortrutje, die wel wat anders te doen heeft. Drie keer niks dat bedrijf
