J	Jan Kokhuis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ vorige week mijn phatboy comfort 3 offroad geleverd gekregen en moet zeggen een mooi ding hoor! geleverd zoals afgesproken tijd prijs uitvoering enzovoort en een jaar garantie gekregen erg tevreden! ik ben nu een jaar verder 2962km gereden en moet zeggen dat ik veel plezier beleef aan mijn scooter loopt prima en tot nu toe geen problemen gehad! hoop komend jaar ook zoveel plezier te hebben received my Phatboy comfort 3 off-road last week and I must say a nice thing! delivered as agreed time price execution and so on and one year warranty received very satisfied! I have now ridden 2962km for a year and have to say that I am enjoying my scooter, it runs fine and so far no problems! hope to have as much fun next year
s	sander p on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leuke zaak ..goed geholpen relaxte sfeer. Rij nu sinds een week electrisch. Erg blij mee. 3 jaar later een afspraak gemaakt voor reparatie. Super geholpen en scooter werd zelfs opgehaald en weer thuis gebracht. Geweldige service.? Kom op klanten van itsetime met negatieve reviews. Toeleveringen gaan traag momenteel en dat is in elke store momenteel. Werk zelf in de meubelbranche en ook daar zeer trage leveringen en info vanuit leveranciers omdat ze onderdelen etc slecht aangevoerd krijgen. Die guys van Itsetime zijn echt chill en zijn super klantgericht bezig en doen alles wat in hun macht is om te kunnen helpen. De service is echt top en ja soms moet je even langer wachten. Maar ey dan heb je ook wat. als ik tien sterren kon geven voor ze zou ik het zo doen iig. Nice business .. well helped relaxed atmosphere. Been driving electric for a week now. Very happy with it. Made an appointment for repair 3 years later. Super helped and scooter was even picked up and brought back home. Great service.? Come on customers of itsetime with negative reviews. Deliveries are slow right now and that's in every store right now. Work in the furniture industry yourself and there too very slow deliveries and information from suppliers because they get parts etc poorly supplied. Those guys from Itsetime are really chill and are super customer focused and do everything in their power to help. The service is really great and yes sometimes you have to wait a little longer. But hey then you also have something. If I could give them ten stars I would.
E	Egbert Woudenberg on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waardeloze zaak. In de winkel een phat boy besteld en deze zou binnen 10 dagen geleverd worden. Na een paar weken en paar keer bellen nog steeds niks gekregen. Er wordt steeds verteld dat het met een week geleverd word. Na een paar maand heb ik hem geannuleerd en m’n aanbetaling teruggevraagd. (850,-) na een paar mailtjes en belletjes nog steeds geen fatsoenlijke reactie en geen geld terug. Kortom, niet mee in zee gaan Service kennen ze niet. Worthless thing. Ordered a phat boy in the store and it would be delivered within 10 days. After a few weeks and several calls, still nothing. They keep saying it will be delivered within a week. After a few months I canceled it and asked for my deposit back. (850,-) after a few emails and calls still no decent response and no money back. In short, don't go into the sea They don't know service.

Alles wordt voor je geregeld, E scooter wordt zelfs voor een leuk bedrag bij de voordeur afgeleverd, Net nog contact gehad en ik ervaar het als zeer plezierig. Zeker een aanrader om een e scooter aan te schaffen bij ITSETIME. Very well helped by Edson, No urgent sales pitches and takes all the time for you. Everything is arranged for you, E scooter is even delivered to the front door for a nice amount, Just had contact and I experience it as very pleasant. Definitely recommended to purchase an e scooter at ITSETIME.

R	Rico Gustav on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE. NOT TRUSTWORTHY. THIS IS MY SECOND BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THIS SHOP. Extremely bad service for the second time. I asked if I can test drive an electric skateboard. A staff there promised me that I can come back the day after at the same time and he will have the electric skateboard charged and ready to test drive. Came back the day after at exactly the same time and he told me again to come back the day after because the skateboard was still in the warehouse. This happen three times for the test drive over two weeks. I then decided not to test drive anymore and instead, to buy it immediately. After I arranged payment with the leasing company, I came to the shop. It was at 14:00 and they said the skateboard was still in the warehouse. I told them that I really needed the skateboard as I will be travelling to Eindhoven and stayed there for two weeks. They said either tonight around closing time or tomorrow morning they will call me. I told them that if tomorrow I don't get a call from them, I'd rather buy it in Germany as I will be already in Eindhoven anyway. The day after, NO PHONE CALL AT ALL. So I drive to Eindhoven. In Eindhoven, I felt bad as they might already worked on it. So I called them and they said the skateboard is ready at the warehouse and they can bring it tomorrow so if I can come there tomorrow, I can pick it up immediately. And guess what? The day after, I drove back to Zaandam - just to pick up the skateboard. Yes! NO SKATEBOARD YET. STILL IN THE WAREHOUSE THEY SAID. So, I asked them can you pick it up cause I drove from Eindhoven. They said yes, they will pick it up. One hour later, they called. What did they say? THEY DO NOT HAVE THE SKATEBOARD IN THE WAREHOUSE. OUT OF STOCK. This is my second bad experience with this shop. The first one was with buying SuperSoco. Which was exactly the same experience with the electric skateboard. So my advise is to NOT buy from this shop.
