★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Helaas niet tevreden over onze samenwerking met iWebdevelopment. Onze Shopify-Exact online koppeling werkt al ~1,5 jaar niet zoals initieel is afgesproken. Daarnaast is het erg lastig om (telefonisch) contact te krijgen. Als je belt krijg je vrijwel nooit iemand aan de lijn (behalve de receptioniste), en word je in de meeste gevallen ook niet terug gebeld.
Heb bovenstaande al meerdere keren bij Iwebdevelopment aangegeven. Wellicht dat deze review ze een zetje geeft om zichzelf te verbeteren. Het bouwen van een robuuste koppeling is lastig, waarbij heldere/open communicatie met je klanten een must is.
Unfortunately not satisfied with our cooperation with iWebdevelopment. Our Shopify-Exact online link has not worked as originally agreed for ~1.5 years. In addition, it is very difficult to get in touch (by telephone). When you call you almost never get anyone on the line (except the receptionist), and in most cases you will not be called back.
Have already indicated the above several times to Iwebdevelopment. Perhaps this review will give them a push to improve themselves. Building a robust link is difficult, where clear/open communication with your customers is a must.
