E	Evelien “Litheen” on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ [Edit 11-4-18] Been here a few more times since the previous review, and I'm happy to say the previously mentioned issues of too salty food, or the sweet dishes tasting 'off' haven't made a comeback. Last two times the food was really enjoyable again, the staff friendly, quick and observant. Only downside now is the tablet which shuts off after 2,5 hours. Which is the rule to the all-you-can-eat concept, but still with a larger group we often find the 2,5 hours just a tad too short. On the other hand ordering via tablet is quick and easy! Still our favourite sushi place to go to :) -------------------------------------- Previous review: Pretty much our favourite sushi restaurant which we've been coming back to for some time now and we always enjoy the great food. Today there were a few minor issues with the food; the grilled/meat dishes were salter than we were used to and ended up spoiling the appetite for one of us due to the saltiness, and the sweet dishes that were deepfried all had a taste to them that made it obvious they were fried in the same oil as non-sweet dishes. Maybe this was always done this way and the oil just needed to be replaced, but the taste was off. A real shame because the sweet buns and fried icecream were our favourite ways of ending the meal and they were dissapointing this time around :c Still overall the sushi is great, lots of choise and good service.

One pitfall is, though understandable for the price, theclimited varieties of fish, like the yellow tail. The non-sushi or sashimi items tend to be a bit salty. All in all, I would rate Izumi the best sushi buffet in town.

S	Samati's Journey on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The fact that we only had a "walk-in" dinner and in spite of the pandemic going on in these times, i am PROUD and GRATEFUL to say that this is one of THE BEST sushis that we ever had.. i don't even have to say what sushi in particular because ALL are good.. i really mean it. food is superb, waiters are friendly (he literally treated me as a friend), service takes a "little" time but considering the process of makinh it which one can assure that every sushi is FRESHLY MADE so its worth the wait anyways.. 5 star for you guys!!!
