★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We purchased an expensive fork truck based on a promise to repair any faults. This trust was placed in the business due to the current pandemic and the resulting travel restrictions. After a few hours of operation the machine stopped and has not operated since 2 months. We employed a third party to investigate the issue and we have been advised that expensive parts are required. We were also advised that the machine has not been serviced as was stated. We contacted this company and they have advised us that they want nothing to do with it. This is very disappointing and I am currently compiling a claim against this business. This review is to warn others of the issue we have had and be very careful when buying a machine from them.
