Het lijkt de medewerkers hier meer te gaan om het verkopen van kleding (schuiven van dozen), dan goed advies op écht passende kleding. “Regular valt hetzelfde als slim fit hoor” “Gewoon kopen, want hier is het veel goedkoper”. Maar misschien is dit het beleid van een Outlet winkel?
Mij zie je voortaan weer (zeer tevreden) bij de winkel in Haarlem.
Not the quality I'm used to from Jack & Jones. The employees here seem to be more concerned with selling clothes (sliding boxes) than good advice on really appropriate clothing. “Regular is the same as slim fit, you know” “Just buy, because it is much cheaper here”. But maybe this is the policy of an Outlet store?
From now on you will see me again (very satisfied) at the store in Haarlem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deze winkel springt echt uit door de service van de medewerkers en de store manager. Ze zijn oprecht geinteresseerd, hebben oog voor detail en je gaat de winkel uit met een glimlach. Zeker een aanrader!
This store really stands out because of the service from the employees and the store manager. They are genuinely interested, have an eye for detail and you leave the store with a smile. Highly recommended!
