★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wat een fantastische service in deze winkel. Ik had twee weken geleden een paar schoenen gekocht en toch de verkeerde maat meegenomen.
Niet direct aangetrokken dus kwam er pas laat achter - en je raad het al: bonnetje kwijt. :-(
Toch maar proberen, ik heb gelukkig een pin afschrift via de bank....
Bij binnenkomst werd ik geholpen door een vriendelijke leergierige jongeman maar moest mij doorverwijzen naar een collega.
De collega (Sam of San), volgens mij de shopmanager met ervaring, is op zoek gegaan naar het bedrag en de datum en heeft flink lopen zoeken naar mijn aankoop. Koste haar een hoop tijd en moeite maar dit alles met een vriendelijke glimlach op het gezicht én wat tegenwoordig ook niet meer overal normaal schijnt te zijn: begroette elke nieuwe klant die binnen kwam.
Hier kan menig bedrijf wat van leren, Top service en zeker tot een volgende keer !!!
(En dan zal ik mijn bonnetje in doos bij de schoenen bewaren) ;-)
 What a fantastic service at this store. I had bought a pair of shoes two weeks ago and still brought the wrong size.
Not immediately put on so only found out late - and you guessed it: lost receipt. :-(
But try anyway, luckily I have a pin statement through the bank....
Upon entering I was helped by a friendly inquisitive young man but had to refer me to a colleague.
The colleague (Sam or San), I think the shop manager with experience, went looking for the amount and date and did a lot of searching for my purchase. It cost her a lot of time and effort, but all this with a friendly smile on her face and what doesn't seem to be normal everywhere these days: greeted every new customer who came in.
Many a company can learn from this, Top service and certainly until next time !!!
(And then I'll keep my receipt in the box with the shoes) ;-)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got 1 set of shoes here and a hoodie with pants to go along with it, it was a great experience, staff was friendly and didn't mind us asking questions.
10/10 I 100% recommend it's a great place to get cheap but premium clothes and shoes.
