Fijne winkel en de mannen hebben kennis van de goederen waarmee ze werken.
Ik hoop hier nog lang en vaak te komen.
 Michiel and his team are top notch. You will be recognized and Michiel knows exactly what size pants and shirt I should have.
Nice shop and the men know about the goods they work with.
I hope to come here for a long time and often.

Successfully passed today at one of my favorite clothing brands, as always good and jovial helped by the sales employee present.

Two weeks ago I dropped into the store to have a look at the jeans. They had a pair in a really nice color but unfortunately not the fit that I am used to wear. The employee suggested to see if they got the color on the type of fit that I am looking for. I raised my doubts that the color we see on the screen will look the same in real life to which the employee responded that I can just order and the jeans will be delivered to my home address and if I don't like the color I can return them in the store and get the money back. The jeans arrived and the color was way off, furthermore I already had the exact same pair of jeans. Today I went to the store to return the jeans, there was an issue with the cash register and the employee told me that they can not refund me at the given moment - neither cash nor card. I offered to leave the jeans with the receipt and my (credit card number for the refund) or my Dutch bank account number. The employee said that that is not possible as well. I left the jeans with the receipt in the store, because I just do not find it feasible to invest any more time in order to return the jeans. Thus I have lost 79 EUR and 1 hour of my time.
Take away for the JJ corporates:
1) Do not teach your sales people to encourage customers to make orders online based - the colors simply DON'T match in real life!
2) Figure our how to refund your customers in case your cash register system goes down!
