Onderdeel stuk van koffiemachine in garantie, dat duurt een paar maanden ivm China bestelling. Toezegging nieuwe machine doen ze dan toch niet, trekken ze weer in zonder compensatie. Zoek het maar uit zeggen ze nog net niet in je gezicht maar zo voelt het wel. Unfortunately, keeping agreements is not their strong point. The service is moderate.
