Klantenservice 0.0 Jammer hoor..Update : Na 2 weken een reactie gehad. Duizend maal excuses ontvangen en een verrassings pakket ontvangen. Hier ben ik dan ook wel blij mee. Vanuit mijn reactie zag het bedrijf ook wat er minder goed ging en daar werden nu de punten op de I gezet. Ik hoop voor ze dat ze dat gaat lukken en wens ze veel succes. Nouja prima kan gebeuren, vervolgens nergens een factuur te krijgen. Bel je de administratie kunnen ze je hele account niet terug vinden. Wat een waardeloos bedrijf, laatste keer geweest. Alle gegevens afgegeven.. hoor ik: "U bent verhuisd..dan moet u eerst een afspraak maken met onze administratie" U krijgt een mail... ( ik zeg nog.. Maakt niet uit dat ik een contract heb.. Ik betaal alles wel direct. Maar ja, dat kon niet want eerst moest de administratie op orde zijn.. Inmiddels wacht ik al 2 dagen en nog steeds niks of niemand! Ik ben dr helemaal klaar mee! Maar even een ander bedrijf gebeld. Wat een pokke bedrijf dit! (0 sterren kan helaas niet! ) My company has moved. Has been a customer with a cafitesse machine for years. Finally open ... Przed zakładem nie ma parkingu a na dodatek wjazd jest z ulicy na której nie można się nawet zatrzymać. Loading very efficiently, quickly. Nice staff. There is a toilet, no shower. But there is free coffee. There is no parking in front of the plant and the entrance is from a street where you cannot even stop.

Door miscommunicatie gaat er wat mis waarbij het direct doorgestuurd wordt naar een incassobureau in plaats dat ze eerst even bellen?
