Na even overleg (misschien zou het niet lukken) hebben ze als service de kras gepolijst. Met succes. Anders moest ik nieuw glazen bestellen. Ook de uitleg bij aanschaf is duidelijk en eerlijk. Voor mij is service (met name in deze branche) belangrijk, daarom 5/5.
The service here is superb. Got two sunglasses from this store. Dropped last 1. With a scratch as a result. After some consultation (maybe it wouldn't work) they polished the scratch as a service. Successfully. Otherwise I had to order new glasses. The explanation when purchasing is also clear and honest. Service is important to me (especially in this industry), so 5/5.
