De beheerder was altijd snel te bereiken en het contact was laagdrempelig en vriendelijk. De financiële afspraken waren helder. Wat mij betreft een fijne samenwerking. I have rented from this manager for about 4 years. I lived in a nice central location! The manager was always quickly accessible and the contact was accessible and friendly. The financial agreements were clear. As far as I am concerned, a great collaboration.

As a housing agent, he is quite flexible under certain principles, such as pay rent on time. Basically, if I make his life easy, he would make my life easy. Write him Whatsapp message would always work! He normally reply or call back the next day latest. Good luck and have a good stay!
S	S. Sheveleva on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The new manager of the Kwinkenplein 11 building - Hugo Jansen - is completely unprofessional, to put it mildly. All costs for the accommodation are paid inclusive, but on the 1st of July every year a recalculation of the money actually spent should be sent around. I have been patient but Hugo completely denies his role as a building manager. His aim is to get the studios rented and get his money, but he actively neglects his other duties. I and my partner spoke to him on the phone at least 5 times, and every time he said that the recalculation will be sent TODAY or TOMORROW. Guess what? 5 months went by, I still have not seen the document. Valid reason to apply to the huurcommissie.

Other than that it's been nice renting from him. He's a nice, understanding guy, not one of those people you hear the horror stories about.
