They do not charge contract fees and offer good housing. I have lived in Groningen for 7 years and this is by far the best Agency I have come across.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I know K&P for a fairly long time now and am very happy with this agency. Recently, I was moving back to the Netherlands and needed to find an apartment at short notice. This was a success! K&P agreed to manage all the formalities completely online, incl. the viewing, which was a great help because of the current corona measures. In less than two weeks we signed the contract and a little later I moved in. The apartment is really great also! Just as it looked online, if not better. Thank you very much guys!

Before contacting K&P, I had spent months trying to find suitable accommodation in Groningen as I moved countries to study my Masters Degree. I contacted hundreds of landlords and countless agencies, all of which ended in failure. None of them wanted to deal with international applicants.
K&P were the only agency who responded to my queries personally, and always responded within minutes to my emails. They found the perfect accommodation for me, in the perfect location, within my budget. They assisted me with all the legal contracts and documentation, and they organised a virtual viewing of the property for me (something which every other agency deemed not possible).
I am extremely grateful for all who work at K&P, as they made my Dutch dream possible. I am now looking forward to moving to the Netherlands and starting the next chapter of my life. My experience with the company was really good, with makelaars always trying to solve any issues we had or just simply help us if we needed something. They also welcomed us in the Netherlands by buying beautiful decorations and ornaments to our apartment.
