Erg druk en warm in de winkel. Meer personeel had een prΓ© geweest. Wel netjes geholpen en geslaagd voor schoenen

Heel slecht, kan niet in contact komen. Ben al dagen aan het bellen/mailen. Gezien de reviews toch maar eens iets aan doen? Jullie lopen zo omzet en klanten mis, slechte zakelijke instelling!
Very bad, can't get in touch. Been calling/emailing for days. Considering the reviews, why not do something about it? You are so missing out on sales and customers, bad business attitude!

Voor de jaarwisseling besteld en alle gegevens klopten. Mijn pakket zou aankomen maar was niet. Het bleek dat er een fout ontstond in mijn verzedadres. Ik kon goed contact opnemen met de korier en daarna alles weer in orde. Ik kreeg weer een mail van de klantenservice van JD Sports voor de bevestiging van mijn verzendadres. Dus klantvriendelijk is het zeker. Ik werd goed geholpen. Een dag later pakket ontvangen. Ik vind het prima.
Ordered before the turn of the year and all information was correct. My package was supposed to arrive but was not. It turned out that there was an error in my shipping address. I was able to get in touch with the carrier and everything was fine after that. I received another email from JD Sports customer service confirming my shipping address. So it is certainly customer-friendly. I was well helped. Received package a day later. I am fine with it.

I am heavily disappointed in one of the staff members in Breda, The Netherlands April 17, I have bought a pair of Adidas shoes (picture 1) and was treated very kindly by a lady in the shop. We found the right size and right shoes and the price in the shoe was matching with our expectations. In the shoe it was clearly marked with 130,00. There were no other price tags in the display area so I relied on this price. I paid for the shoes, added a can of protect cleaner and my should put on the shoes immediately. Great ! Only the day after I noticed I was over-charged for the shoes by 10 euros. Apparently a mistake with your system I assumed so took a picture of my shoe with the price tag and kept the invoice in my pocket. Today, May 10, 2017, I had time to visit the store to explain the situation to the available staff. OK...this went differently than anticipated by me. A staff guy welcomed me nicely and walked to the remaining similar shoes in the shop and he noticed that the pricing was not consequent.. One pair was tagged 130,- and a similar pair (smaller size) was tagged 140,-. In his opinion this was strange. He went to the store manager to get his feedback so solve this issue. The store manager was not really interested in listening to me. He asked his staff guy to take a box from the stock and check the price that the cash machine would display. That price on the display turned out to be 140,-. β€˜So the price I paid was correct’, he said. I told him that my pair of shoes had a price tag of 130 inside and showed him my picture of that and my receipt. His reply: yes, could be, but the other pair in my shop had a price tag of 140, so both could be right and you should have checked this... I told him I did not know I had to check other pairs of shoes. to check if the price in my pair was equal to other pairs. He walked away to continue with his work and told me that 140 wad the correct price as the scanning of the box from the stock showed 140 was the correct price. My box that I received from the sales lady is still in my possession and has no price tag on it… He did not want to mention his name to me, was totally arrogant and not customer caring and was even making a Micky on me when by accident I mentioned a wrong shoe size. He was picking on words and not willing to look at this strange situation. Not taking any responsibility for the mistake in the price tagging. He told me he was in charge of store and his management was not accepting this claim . I am shocked. Of course 10,- is 10,- and I am sure I cannot be held responsible for the mis-tagging in the shoe and wrong invoicing afterwards. This is the mistake of the store and they should take responsibility and pay me back the 10,- and re-tag the current mis-tagged shoes in the shop However the 10,- is only an amount, the way the Breda storage manager treated me was unbelievable. I stayed calm but I was really disappointed and shocked on his attitude. You can disagree on a situation but still he should keep his customer service on a normal level. Certainly as the above does raise eyebrows. I have sent the above letter to the customer care center in The Netherlands and UK. Will keep you posted on their reply.
