★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Niet professioneel geholpen door medewerker!!! Vandaag in de winkel geweest om mijn nieuwe telefoon op te halen en abonnement te verlenen. Helaas waren wij door een medewerker brutaal, niet professioneel geholpen. Super slechte service !! Klantvriendelijkheid minder dan 1 ster.
Jammer.
Not professionally helped by employee!!! Went to the store today to pick up my new phone and give it a subscription. Unfortunately, we were rudely, not professionally helped by an employee. Super bad service!! Customer service less than 1 star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wederom prima en supervriendelijk geholpen bij de ingebruikname van de nieuwe telefoon. Terwijl wij in de stad een kopje koffie zijn gaan drinken konden wij na een uurtje onze telefoons compleet geïnstalleerd weer ophalen TOP !!!
Again excellent and super friendly help with the commissioning of the new telephone. While we went to drink a cup of coffee in the city, we were able to pick up our telephones completely installed after an hour TOP !!!

I was well taken care of today. Subscription adjusted to higher speed. When I got home, the change had already been made.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heel rumoerige winkel, personeel nagenoeg niet te verstaan. Geluid op de achtergrond staat te hard. Onhandig ingedeeld met op- en afstapjes. Je hangt als het ware half aan de balie en half op de trap. Mijn vraag kon niet goed beantwoord worden: of ik de volgende dag even de klantenservice kon bellen??? Terwijl ik speciaal naar de winkel was gereden om goed te woord gestaan te worden.
Very noisy store, staff almost unintelligible. Sound in the background is too loud. Awkwardly divided with steps and steps. You are, as it were, half hanging at the counter and half on the stairs. My question could not be answered properly: could I call customer service the next day??? While I had driven to the store especially to be well spoken to.
