★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vrijdag 7 juni liepen ik en mijn vriendin door winschoten toen in één keer hevig noodweer losbarste. Vlaggen voor de winkels waaiden weg tafels van restaurants vlogen weg en we wilden schuilen bij jeans centre. We kwamen de winkel in en stonden net op de mat toen er een winkel medewerkster tegen ons zei:'dames het is niet de bedoeling dat jullie zomaar de winkel in en uit rennen'. Wij vroegen nog of ze ons echt met dit noodweer naar buiten stuurde en het antwoord was ja.
We kwamen misschien een beetje hard binnen maar met dit noodweer stuur je geen mensen weg.
On Friday 7 June, me and my girlfriend walked through winschoten when heavy weather erupted in one go. Flags for the shops blew away tables of restaurants flew away and we wanted to hide at jeans center. We entered the store and were just on the mat when a shop assistant said to us: "ladies, you are not supposed to just run in and out of the store." We asked if she really sent us outside in this bad weather and the answer was yes.
We might have come in a bit hard but with this bad weather you don't send people away.
