Zo'n slechte klantenservice heb ik zelfde gezien. Niemand kan mij telefonisch of via de mail te woord staan. There was a sofa leg missing when ordering. It is now almost 1.5 years later, we still have not received the missing sofa leg. I have seen such bad customer service. No one can speak to me by phone or email.

U	U S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kast besteld omdat levering binnen 4 tot 8 werkdagen beloofd wordt. Inmiddels 15 dagen verder en nog niets gekregen. Jeha schuift het pronleem nu af op het transportbedrijf. Na een reactie daarop vorige week nog geen reactie terug. Als ik de kast eind van de week niet heb ga ik de bestelling annuleren. Zo ga je niet met klanten om. Super slechte communicatie, tot nu toe komt alle communicatie van mijn kant. Cabinet ordered because delivery is promised within 4 to 8 working days. 15 days later and still nothing. Jeha now shifts the problem to the transport company. No response back after a response last week. If I don't have the cabinet by the end of the week, I will cancel the order. That's not how you treat customers. Super bad communication, so far all communication is from my side.
