Afgesproken dat ik het op 22 april in de Rietlanden zou ophalen.
Het was dus niet aanwezig!! Krijg ik als commentaar dat hij liever had dat ik dit telefonisch had geregeld!
Waarom heb je dan een contactformulier en waarom gaat de communicatie via de mail dan wel goed?
Erg onprofessioneel!!
