β β β β β Ik heb mijn verstandskies voor het eerst laten trekken bij de Kaakchirurg. Ontvangst was prima en er werd tijd voor je genomen voor uitleg van wat er zou gebeuren tijdens de procedure. Alleen de instructies nadat de behandeling was afgelopen was onduidelijk. Kreeg gewoon een mondspuit en een afhaalbrief voor medicijnen in mijn handen geduwd zonder enige toelichting of wat dan ook, behalve dat ik de medicijnen moest ophalen en dat er een collega uit zou leggen wat ik moest doen. Collega was nergens te vinden.
Uiteindelijk ben ik nog een keer terug gelopen om te vragen wat ik ΓΌberhaupt met de spuit moest doen, werd het me even snel uitgelegd tussen neus en lippen. Verder geen instructies of wat dan ook wat ik met de nazorg moest doen. Voelde als een op de lopende band of productie lijn patiΓ«nt. Het lijkt me juist belangrijk dat er juist tijd genomen wordt voor het toelichten van de nazorg en dergelijken, maar nee. Dit vindt ik wil heel erg jammer.
I had my wisdom tooth pulled for the first time at the Oral Surgeon. Reception was fine and time was taken for you to explain what would happen during the procedure. Only the instructions after the treatment had ended was unclear. Just got a mouth syringe and a medicine pick-up letter pushed into my hands with no explanation or anything, except for me to pick up the meds and have a colleague explain what to do. Colleague was nowhere to be found.
In the end I walked back one more time to ask what I should do with the syringe at all, it was quickly explained to me between nose and lips. No further instructions or anything I had to do with aftercare. Felt like an on the assembly line or production line patient. I think it is important that time is taken to explain aftercare and the like, but no. I find this very sad.

β β β β β Zeer goede en vakkundig in ieder vakgebied! Ook zeer mooi ziekenhuis! Alleen de lift op de begane grond in de aankomst hal, is klein en veel te weinig capaciteit. Je moet vaak veel te lang wachten als het dringend is!
Very good and professional in every field! Also very nice hospital! Only the elevator on the ground floor in the arrival hall is small and far too little capacity. You often have to wait far too long when it is urgent!

β β β β β Het beste ziekenhuis waar ik totnutoe in zorg ben geweest. De tomeloze inzet van de verpleging en artsen om het mij, als lastig patiΓ«nt, toch zoveel mogelijk naar de zin te maken en de inzet van wat ik noem "de paarse hesjes" is zeker te prijzen.
Behandeling verliep goed, eten was magnifiek. En verder ook helemaal niets te klagen gehad.
The best hospital I've been in care so far. The unbridled commitment of the nurses and doctors to make it as comfortable as possible for me, as a difficult patient, and the commitment of what I call "the purple vests" is certainly commendable.
Treatment went well, food was magnificent. And had nothing to complain about at all.

β β β β β Vandaag moest ik naar de kaakchirurg, was heel bang en zenuwachtig, ik ben heel goed en fijn geholpen door de assistente en kaakchirurg was ook heel goed rustig en stelde mij heel erg gerust. Verstandskiezen waren er zo uit. Top ziekenhuis
Today I had to go to the oral surgeon, was very scared and nervous, I was very well and nicely helped by the assistant and oral surgeon was also very calm and reassured me. Wisdom teeth were like that. Top hospital

β β β β β At the peak of communication facilities, in an advance country like the Netherlands, I was rejected in this 'hospital' BOXTEL LOCATION , having my International insurance card in my hand, having sent a special guarantee letter from the Insurance Company to them, a card that is accepted everywhere in the WORLD, I was told " Although you have an appointment with a specialist here, you can't have it" ... . I was sent back. Such a low IQ in managing or customers service(patients). Just one call to my insurance company could have solved this. ,.. but NO.. no one even thought of it. Having also my husband working at the same hospitals HQ as a specialist, as an additional reassurance, could not make them accept me. Shame.

β β β β β I am glad with the level of help and support. My appointment was arranged very quick and efficient and all other procedures to follow as well. Itβs very modern and well organised hospital. My doctors were very nice and supportive with broad knowledge and always enough time to explain and answer questions. Certainly felt like being in good hands. Thank you
