★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They were so proactive, had early meetings to calibrate and advise on what was important to me, which areas I should keep an eye out for, and general advise on what to expect with properties in said areas. All I had to do was to visit the houses and see if I liked them, everything else was handled by them. Literally.
I also made use of mortgage services recommended by them and it was the same promptness and proactiveness.

They have guided me in every step and when I almost gave up, Jasper helped me to change my strategy which eventually worked. One thing, I feel worth mentioning - Jasper advised me to pull out of a deal even after signing the purchase agreement considering the valuation we had assumed during bidding did not turn out to be that high.
