Jessica komt op haar naaldhakken een taxatie doen. Boekje met pen, fototoestel en digitale meter bij. Binnen 10 minuten weet ze alles!! Vraagt nergens naar zoals welke type nieuwe cv-ketel, welke nieuwe mechanische ventilatie, nieuwe vloerverwarming, nieuwe elektra, Quooker, stoomoven, Bora X Pure enz, enz!! Wilt u nog de zolder zien ? Heeft u wellicht bouwtekeningen nodig van de verschillende verdiepingen ? nee hoor dat geloof ik wel zegt ze!! Echt enkele notities gemaakt,5 foto's gemaakt en 500 euro lichter!! Mocht u een echte taxateur zoeken? zoek dan iets verder dan Jessica zou ik zeggen. Ongelofelijk !!!!!!! Hieronder een copy uit het rapport: Alleen dit is van 2019!!!

Doesn't ask for anything such as which type of new central heating boiler, which new mechanical ventilation, new underfloor heating, new electricity, Quooker, steam oven, Bora X Pure etc, etc!! Would you like to see the attic? Do you perhaps need construction drawings of the different floors? no, I believe so she says!! Really made some notes, took 5 photos and 500 euros lighter!! Should you be looking for a real appraiser? then look a little further than Jessica I would say. Unbelievable !!!!!!! Below is a copy of the report: Only this is from 2019!!!

Had the valuation last Monday and received a very neat report the next day. Jessica Taxaties is professional, customer-friendly, fast and above all honest. Highly recommended for an appraiser.
