★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik heb de laatste week inmiddels 4 emails gestuurd om informatie over een pand te vragen. Tot op heden nog niets gehoord, reden daarvan weet ik niet. Maar als wij een van onze panden gaan verkopen, weten we in ieder geval wel waar we niet moeten zijn. Zeer onprofessioneel en ook nog zeer onbeleefd.
In the past week I have already sent 4 emails to request information about a property. I haven't heard anything yet, I don't know why. But if we are going to sell one of our properties, we at least know where not to go. Very unprofessional and also very rude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nu al paar jaar last van huurders van een pand dat ze verhuren. Regelmatig contact gehad. Iedere x zouden ze er wat aan doen. Rook overlast, herrie, as op mijn balkon. Diefstal...troep in het portiek. En sinds kort, gooien ze hun vuilnis zak over het balkon of op het grasveld. Tijd dat ze er uit gaan. En het netjes verkocht word.
For a few years now, they have been bothered by tenants of a property that they rent out. Had regular contact. Every x they would do something about it. Smoke nuisance, noise, ashes on my balcony. Theft ... junk in the porch. And recently, they throw their garbage bags over the balcony or on the lawn. Time for them to get out. And it is neatly sold.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wij hebben een taxatie laten uitvoeren door Ivo van Toussaint van wijk. De taxatie is zeer prettig verlopen. Tijdens de taxatie gaf hij nog bruikbare informatie en het rapport was snel binnen. Bij verkoop van de woning zal ik ze zeker weer inschakelen!
