Mijn kinderen mogen elke keer weer iets leuks uitkiezen. Bedankt !!! Our children have been going to Jeugd Tandzorg West for years and the dentists there are very nice and professional. De kinderen worden goed begeleid en er wordt ook tijd genomen om ze op hun gemak te stellen. Afspraken maken en verzetten verlopen ook altijd heel soepel. We are satisfied with the care our children receive from the dentists. The children are well supervised and time is also taken to put them at ease. Making and reschedule appointments always go very smoothly.
A	Aisha Ben on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jammer dat er zomaar afspraken verzet worden en dit niet doorgeven via mail of telefoontje waardoor als ik zelf niet opgelet had een boete zou krijgen omdat ik niet was gekomen terwijl ik niets van die afspraak wist. Had gelukkig op tijd gebeld. En ja veel gezeik over tanden niet goed gepoetst terwijl datvwel gebeurt. Als dit gezeok zo blijft ga ik mijn kids daar weg halen en best wel overdreven met dat gebit van de kids al dat geknutsel terwijl dat niet echt nodig is, maar ja ze willen graag verdienen. Jammer heel erg jammer It is a pity that appointments are simply rescheduled and this is not passed on by email or telephone, so that if I had not paid attention myself, I would have been fined because I had not come while I did not know anything about that appointment. Luckily I called in time. And yes a lot of bullshit about teeth not brushed properly while that happens. If this shit continues I'm going to get my kids out of there and quite exaggerated with the kids' teeth all that tinkering while it's not really necessary, but yes they want to earn. I am very sorry
N	Nusje 1 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jeugdtandzorg aan de Calandstraat vind ik zelf niet voldoende kind/klantvriendelijk. Assistenten aan de balie zijn geforceerd vrolijk met een boze blik. De tandartsen zijn niet altijd kindvriendelijk en kunnen niet altijd even goed om gaan met kinderen en eventuele angsten voor de tandarts. Vaak wordt verwacht dat het kind maar moet meewerken en als een kind maar iets bang is of het spannend vind wordt er gezucht. Je krijgt er altijd als ouder een schuldgevoel of t nou gaat om een gaatje of dat je kind eventueel angstig is er wordt altijd maar gewezen en wordt t kind aangesproken hoe t de volgende keer beter moet. Ik kan nog veel meer schrijven maar kortom deze praktijk mag scholing voor meer kindvriendelijkheid volgen, als volwassenen wordt ik er soms al bang laat staan zo een klein onwetend kindje. I personally do not find youth dental care on the Calandstraat sufficiently child/customer-friendly. Assistants at the counter are forcibly cheerful with an angry look. The dentists are not always child-friendly and are not always good at dealing with children and possible fears of the dentist. It is often expected that the child just has to cooperate and if a child is afraid or finds it exciting, they sigh. As a parent you always get a feeling of guilt whether it is a cavity or whether your child is possibly anxious, it is always pointed out and the child is addressed how it should be better next time. I can write much more, but in short, this practice may follow training for more child-friendliness, as adults I sometimes get scared let alone such a small ignorant child.

Zijn nu overgestapt en daarvoor bij nog bij twee andere tandartsen geweest om te checken, beide gaven aan dat het niet nodig was. Bij Jeugd tandzorg West gaven zowel de ‘tandarts, als assistent als receptioniste aan dat het urgent was en nodig. Zeker om jullie eigen kas te spekken. Maar je oprecht bekommeren om de patiënten, ho maar! By all means, blijf uit de buurt van dit bedrijf. Ze hebben een mooie naam gekozen, maar ze zijn niet wie zoals ze zich willen doen voorkomen! Really bad attitude. Was only too eager to pull a front tooth from a 3 year old. Have now switched and before that went to two other dentists to check, both indicated that it was not necessary. At Youth dental care West, both the dentist, assistant and receptionist indicated that it was urgent and necessary. Certainly to fill your own coffers. But you genuinely care about the patients, huh! By all means, stay away from this company. They've chosen a nice name, but they're not who they pretend to be!
