★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heb er één keer een horloge gekocht voor 40 euro. Eén dag na aanschaf was er een probleem met de instellingen. Uiteraard ging ik er toen mee terug. De eigenaar meldde mij toen geheel onverschillig dat hij aan 'zulke goedkope horloges' geen service verleent...
Bought a watch once for 40 euros. One day after purchase, there was a problem with the settings. Of course I went back with it. The owner then reported to me completely indifferent that he does not provide service to 'such cheap watches' ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ooit daar een horloge en trouwringen gekocht, bij vervangen van batterij schoot het horloge uit de werkbank en was de achterplaat totaal bekrast, dit werd niet opgelost door de medewerker ( tw van over de 250 euro) daar later trouwringen besteld en ook deze waren nieuw al beschadigt en weken af van de uitgekozen ringen, dit niet aanvaard en ze daar achter gelaten.. winkel oogt leuk maar zijn enkel uit op snel verdienen, service is waardeloos
Once bought a watch and wedding rings there, when replacing the battery, the watch shot out of the workbench and the back plate was completely scratched, this was not solved by the employee (i.e. over 250 euros), who later ordered wedding rings and these were new already damaged and deviated from the selected rings, this was not accepted and they left there .. store looks nice but are only out for quick earnings, service is worthless

Unprecedented service even if you don't buy a watch from them. They do it for free anyway. What a great service! This is how you get and keep customers.
