About Jitty's Hair and Make Up Salon
Wij (Ronald en Jitty) zijn er voor jou. Voor ons is niets zo belangrijk als de kwaliteit van onze zaak. Ons personeel is tot in de puntjes getraind, maar we zijn ook gewoon mensen. Fouten maken mag, want daar leer je van en dat is nodig om te blijven verbeteren. Bij ons is daarom alles bespreekbaar. Onze teamleden worden ook nooit terechtgewezen bij een fout of vergissing. Wij hebben altijd het beste voor met onze klanten, maar ook met ons team. Maar kom zeker terug als je ergens niet blij mee bent. Wat er ook gebeurt, wij oordelen niet, maar lossen het graag op en proberen hiervan te leren. Want team Jitty’s wil alleen maar blije klanten!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been going to Jitty's for a few years now seeing Valentina and Lia. They're both really great, I always am so happy with my haircut.
It's a really nice company as well with an online appointment system, long evening and weekend hours, and a fun vibe in the salon. At least once a month, they have a DJ and drinks / snacks just for fun or as a charity benefit.

However, Jitty and team did everything they could in order to resolve the situation and were incredibly service oriented, which made that my overall experience was still very good. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yes, this hairdresser hears and sees you. They understand what your hair needs and take the time for you. Yulia gave me a very chic 60s inspired (thanks to Vidal Sassoon) bob haircut. My hair was a bit of a challenge and I was not 100% sure how it would work out but I feel brand new! I hope it lasts but my hair is soft and shiny, it looks healthier than it has been for a while (I can recommend everyone to get a bob if your long hair is problematic). Professional advice and a warm, heartfelt attitude were included in the treatment. I am so pleased and really grateful to her and to the whole Jitty's team for making me feel so welcome from the moment I stepped in. I will be coming back. Many thanks & much love!
