She explained to me in detail every step needed to obtain what I wanted for my hair and I am super happy with the results. One definitely becomes one of her clients after the first visit. :)

You do not only just book a hair appointment, you really get a great service to make sure you are happy with what you want. In my case I wanted a violet/purple on a dark brown hair without full on bleaching. They were able to explain me what was possible and what to expect, and honestly could not be happier!!! Really great people working there and I cannot recommend it enough ?

I have with 46 a lot 0f grey hair at my face frame and on top but dont want to damage my hair with too much blond .
So they listen to you and find the best solution .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there to get a horrible balayage I got done somewhere else. Vivian was AMAZING. I had no idea how to fix it, and ask for her opinion during the color consultation session. Her idea seemed great and I accepted and made an appointment. The result is so much better than expected. It looks natural, it matches my skin color, she did a great job. I will keep coming back! Also, the appointment started on time and finished before expected. Love this place. Thank you Vivian!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They completely ruined my hair!!! I payed 250€ for having worse hair than before and then they didn't even want to give me the money back. They offered me to come back, but to be honest if they messed it up the first time they will definitely not do it better the second time.
Worst decision ever to go to this hairdresser! FYI: they only have so many good reviews, because you get -10% off, if you give them a 5 star review.
