★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice paveljon in the forests between Eindhoven and Best a nice place to sit and relax or rest after a healthy walk in the forest. And have a cup of hot coco or coffee or tea or to have lunch there are vegetarian items on the menu and for people with special dietary requirements.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Joe Eugene Mann - the great man this place is named after has to be the inspiration for Captain America. He sacrificed his life so that others may live, here in Best, 18-september 1944.
There is a big sitting area outside. It's quite pleasant on warm days. Dogs are allowed while leashed. They have water bowls ready for dogs too.
They serve really good pies. Try the "oma" gebak. It's rhubarb pie. Every bite tastes like Christmas day.
If you sit outside, you'll regularly see and hear airplanes taking off from Eindhoven airport.
The staff are very friendly and helpful!
Please take the time to visit after a walk in Joe Mann's forest.

limited but good quality/quantity food, good collection of beers/wine/other drinks.
woods area all around for walking, biking, activities. must try place once and if you like can repeat every season.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place in the forest. Ideally as starting point for walking your dog, hiking, mountain biking and running. On return sit inside or on the big terrace to get a drink with a bite or enjoy a lunch.
Food is good and there are plenty of choices out of a list with salads or bread, lots of choices in drinks. Lot of people with dogs.
