★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best café in the area. Their coffee is great, their cakes and lunch dishes are delicious. I especially like the variation on the menu; everyone can find something they like! And, as a frequent visitor of various cafés in The Hague, I'm pretty sure this one has the best service. Pricing is fair, the toilets are clean and the place is kid-friendly :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ nice little place for breakfast and lunch, with comfy outside seating and a friendly staff with a good sense of humor, making it hospitable & gezellig. good coffee and tea, tasty brownies and cheesecake, although the latter could expand its creamy dimension and beef up its firmness to bear the new york label (purist here, clearing his throat) or maybe it should just stand overnight a little longer. also, it seems worth mentioning that the omelettes come served with bread, perhaps on the menu but certainly to customers who order bread on the side - not merely useful for the occasional traveler, unfamiliar with the dutch broodjescultuur ;o)

We went there for lunch and I had an amazing cappuccino and sandwich while my boyfriend took the hamburger of the month and was also very happy.
The cakes look amazing and are really affordable, I didn’t get to try them because I was too full but I know that carrot cake, “the best in town”, is waiting for me!
Only remark is that the toilet was not really cleaned and towels for the hands were finished which is of course a bit annoying.
But for the rest is really good :)
