★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never again!!!! Secound time I get cold burger this is a joke restaurant!!!! After 1 and half hour still not delivered I go to them and see my order waiting for Christmas. And again burger was cold. If you want eat hot and good don't order in Jonny cold burger. They don't care about client.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good taste, but absolutely awful, unimaginably bad customer service. Oh my.. . waited 2h for a delivery only to receive fake promises about my order. They lied to me several times that the order is on its way. Talked four times on the phone with them to enquire about my food. Again lies between "can't find your order" and "its on its way" in the matter of one minute. They even said they can't return my money when i couldn't cancel my order via the app. Didn't take any responsibility at all. Bad customer service for sure. Real shame. Never experienced anything worse.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service. The delivery driver called and advised he was delivering our order. However when he rang I went down and it was not there. I rang the company and they advised no one answered which was not the case. He advised it would be 5 minutes however we received it 10 minutes after and it was cold. It was the worst Experience

Tonight I have ordered burgers from this restaurant and I choose delivery time from 8.15 till 8.45. Restaurant send me information back that my order will be delivered between 8.20 and 8.45. Later, when it comes to delivery time, nobody brings the food. I have called restaurant and they say that they will deliver order in around 15 minutes. After 25 minutes I have called again but nobody answer, so I have called couple times more from couple numbers and still nobody answer. After more than one hour from first call, somebody finally pick up the telephone. I asked where is my order and why nobody still didn't bring it and again I hear that the order will be delivered in around 10-15 minutes. Of course nobody comes and it is 23:35 when I am writing this message and I still do not have any information from the restaurant and still my food is not here. I have regret that I didn't read opinions before, because I see a lot of people were having the same problem.
No greetings for the restaurant workers and I let you to think about it how you treat customers, because if not we, than you will loose people from who you can work and live.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not recommend. this is the 2nd time ordering from them and both times we received food that's subpar. 1.5hr waiting time to receive cold food and an incomplete order. Needed to call them and ask for the balance of order and wait again for the delivery. Food packed terribly, onion not even sliced just big chunks of raw onion randomly falling out of the burger. The first bad order I thought was just a bad day. Unfortunately this seems the be the standard of business. Received the hot dog 2.5 hours later and this is what you pay for.
