★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kwam voor een reparatie van de microfoon. Dit onderdeel moest besteld worden, zou hooguit 2 werkdagen duren. Werd uiteindelijk een maand. Toen heb ik besloten naar een andere zaak te gaan . Daar werd het probleem binnen 2 werkdagen opgelost. Oftewel minimale en foutieve communicatie over het oplossen/reparatie en tevens een onverschillige houding tegenover klant.
Came for a microphone repair. This part had to be ordered, it would take at most 2 working days. Finally turned into a month. Then I decided to go to another business . The problem was solved within 2 working days. In other words, minimal and incorrect communication about the solution/repair and also an indifferent attitude towards the customer.
