Mailtje gestuurd, snel een reactie gekregen en het geld teruggestort gekregen van dat product. Goede service! Clear webshop with lots of information about the products. Large order placed, neatly received. There was only one product that was 1 month past the date. Sent an e-mail, got a quick response, and got the money refunded from that product. Good service!

It is my second order and satisfied last time!

Als ik het had geweten had ik elders mijn bestelling geplaast waar ik nu al ervan kon genieten. Ik zit maar te wachten!!! Dus de bezorging is misleidend ook ivm extra kostrn betaald voor avond bezorging..nou nu wil ik überhaupt gewoon ergens op een dag mijn spullen of mijn geld!!! Pffff!!!! Takes longer than 2 to 3 days before you receive your package...I'm still waiting. Despite the holidays!! So the stock and 2 to 3 wdgn is not right!! If I had known I would have placed my order elsewhere where I could already enjoy it. I'm just waiting!!! So the delivery is misleading also because of extra costs paid for evening delivery .. well now I just want my stuff or my money somewhere one day!!! Pffff!!!!

Tip: steeds nakijken of de betaling werkelijk is uitgevoerd; pas dan (en na hun bevestigingsemail) ben je zeker dat de bestelling doorgaat. People are very correct on the phone, handle things as quickly as possible; absolutely no complaints so far. Tip: always check whether the payment has actually been made; only then (and after their confirmation email) are you sure that the order will go through.

Dit heb ik bij ze gemeld, en als reactie kreeg ik " onze producten hebben niks met uw allergie te maken, want ze zijn 100% natuurlijk" en een ander email als reactie op een tweede email van mij " hopelijk vind je een product wat beter bij je past". Met andere woorden, zeer slechte service. Dus nooit meer wat kopen daar! I bought a product from the Jojoli, and I got an allergic reaction from the product. I reported this to them, and I received a response "our products have nothing to do with your allergy, because they are 100% natural" and another email in response to a second email from me "hopefully you will find a product that suits you better". In other words, very bad service. So never buy anything there again!
