j	jamy de Jonge on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zelfs bij schade aan een fiets behulpzaam, ondanks dat Schadenet van As zelf niets met de schade kon doen waren ze behulpzaam om in ieder geval het kleurnummer van de fiets te achterhalen zodat ik met het juiste kleurnummer naar iedere andere verfzaak kon om die kleur te laten mengen. Even helpful with damage to a bicycle, even though Schadenet van As itself could not do anything with the damage, they were helpful in at least finding out the color number of the bicycle so that I could go to any other paint shop with the correct color number to have that color to blend.

Van oktober 2021 tot en met eind januari 2022 ben ik mijn auto kwijt geweest nadat Van As Schadenet een forse fout had gemaakt tijdens de reparatie. De dag nadat de auto “gerepareerd” aan mij werd afgeleverd kwam er op de snelweg rook uit de motorkap en constateerde de monteur van de ANBW dat het koelvloeistof reservoir in zijn geheel leeg was. Er bleek na veel onderzoek door de Renault dealer dat er een lekke pakking was en mogelijk motorschade. Nu, 3,5 maand later, heb ik mijn auto eindelijk terug door de goede service van Renault die de reparatie wél adequaat hebben uitgevoerd. Het gesprek dat met de directie van Van As zou plaatsvinden was een lachertje. Dit werd afgeraffeld zonder dat er maar enige genoegdoening kwam voor de geleden schade. Een bloemetje o.i.d. was netjes geweest. Maar in plaats daarvan werd gezegd: “je hebt toch een leenauto gehad…” Op de website van Van As staat: “Gegarandeerd in 1x goed”. Dat kunnen ze er beter afhalen. I have a very bad experience with Van As car damage repair in Barendrecht. From October 2021 to the end of January 2022 I lost my car after Van As Schadenet made a serious mistake during the repair. The day after the car was delivered to me "repaired" smoke came out of the hood on the highway and the mechanic of the ANBW noted that the coolant reservoir was completely empty. After much investigation by the Renault dealer, it turned out that there was a leaking gasket and possible engine damage. Now, 3.5 months later, I finally have my car back thanks to the good service from Renault, who have properly carried out the repair. The conversation that was to take place with the management of Van As was a joke. This was rushed without any compensation for the damage suffered. A flower or something had been neat. But instead it was said: “You did have a loaner car…” The Van As website states: “Guaranteed first time good”. They better get that off.
