Met een nogal ongewoon verzoek kwamen wij bij Josine: wij willen een verrassingsreis in Nederland, wij willen vooraf niet weten waar we heen gaan. Josine vroeg goed naar onze wensen en heeft twee top offertes opgesteld! Met cryptische omschrijvingen, een persoonlijke benadering en mooie (onherkenbare) foto's heeft ze de reis toegelicht. Half april zouden we vertrekken, maar omdat de horeca dan waarschijnlijk nog steeds niet open is wilden wij de vakantie verplaatsen naar eind mei: Josine draait haar hand er niet voor om! Service: een dikke 10!! Wij weten nu dus nog niet waar de reis ons allemaal langs laat gaan, want pas op de dag van vertrek ontvangen wij de eerste QR code voor de route. Ik heb er alle vertrouwen in dat we ondanks alle Corona toestanden een onvergetelijke vakantie zullen beleven dankzij de hulp van Josine.

With a rather unusual request we came to Josine: we want a surprise trip in the Netherlands, we don't want to know in advance where we are going. Josine asked carefully about our wishes and has drawn up two top offers! She explained the journey with cryptic descriptions, a personal approach and beautiful (unrecognizable) photos. We were supposed to leave mid-April, but because the catering industry is probably still not open then, we wanted to move the holiday to the end of May: Josine does not turn her hand! Service: a big 10 !! We do not yet know where the journey will take us all, because we only receive the first QR code for the route on the day of departure. I am confident that despite all Corona conditions we will have an unforgettable holiday thanks to the help of Josine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We kunnen niet anders zeggen dan dat we echt súper tevreden zijn over de service van Josine! We wilden binnen een week een vakantie boeken (huis, vlucht en auto). Dat kreeg ze voor elkaar. Wij werden er heel blij van dat Josine in staat was zo snel te schakelen. Alles is tot in de puntjes verzorgd en voorbereid. Josine kwam persoonlijk de reisbescheiden langs brengen en heeft stap voor stap alles met ons doorgenomen (ivm alle COVID regels). Josine had zelfs nog een kleinigheidje meegebracht voor onze kindjes voor op vakantie, heel attent. In de weken voorafgaand aan de reis heeft Josine ons ook goed geïnformeerd over de aanpassingen mbt de regels. Josine is erg betrokken en ze staat voor je klaar. Kortom, wat ons betreft een aanrader!!! We zitten inmiddels op Mallorca en gaan optimaal genieten van deze vakantie.
We can only say that we are really very satisfied with Josine's service! We wanted to book a holiday (house, flight and car) within a week. She managed that. We were very happy that Josine was able to switch so quickly. Everything is taken care of and prepared down to the last detail. Josine personally came to bring the travel documents and went through everything with us step by step (due to all COVID rules). Josine had even brought a little something for our children for the holidays, very thoughtful. In the weeks prior to the trip, Josine also informed us well about the changes to the rules. Josine is very involved and she is there for you. In short, as far as we are concerned, a must!!! We are now in Mallorca and are going to enjoy this holiday to the fullest.
