β β β β β Small Jumbo, with empty shelves. I was looking for some bottled water, I could not find it, but after I asked one of the staff members, he brought it from the store room...
The prices looks a bit hoght for me, compared to other Jumbo Shops.
Staff was kind.

Been there few times. Everytime same attitudes.

I was rushing to catch my train in the morning and was in need of a face mask. They had run out unfortunately so the kind lady offered me one of her own (unused of course). Made my day. Thanks Jumbo

β β β β β I bought a chia bowl which had no spoon and I asked the cashier if the had a spoon. They only had a knife. Also after I paid I wanted to pass through the bars to go out and I didnβt know I have to scan my receipt cause there is no such think in Germany. The cashier was just standing there looking without saying anything instead of helping me. Very bad service , not customer oriented. I know you probably donβt like your job girl, but try to be nicer.
