★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Living close to a selection of supermarkets, this is the one I choose for everyday groceries. Good size, costumer oriented personnel and high cleanliness. The Jumbo branded cold-cuts, smoothies, and vegetarian alternatives to meats are some of the things I appreciate the most in this supermarket. Room for improvement lies in:
- a better layout (same products are scattered in different sectors, making comparison cumbersome)
- installation of a "refill station" for some products such as detergents, nuts, some vegetables and in general a smaller waste generation formulas
- promotion of local produce as opposed to exotic fruits whose taste most of the time disappoint expectations
General remark: I understand Gestel is not Beverly Hills, but the amount of junkies close/within this Jumbo's parking is disarming!

Very roomy, fresh products, nicely packaged and friendly staff all around.
If it isn't the great prices, it's their COVID-19 handling processes. Absolutely worth the 5 stars!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very dissapointed and sad. Almost everyday I shop from Jumbo and today they asked me to open my bag! The cashier acted like I am a thief and humiliate me around everyone just because I am foreign! She was even smiling at me like she was mocking me! Can't you go shopping with your bag? Is it illegal or something? What a shame! Never ever shop from Jumbo again and I won't recommend it to any of my friends as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good shopping experience and customer service. The people who work here are very friendly and helpful. Cheap supermarket where you can earn discounts on products and even for free. With your own. Shopping card that give you suggestions where the system looks and saves what you buy frequently.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only youngsters and people that "look sketchy" get their bag checked. Not just that but they just start digging around without permission and fishing up my deodorant, perfume (which is not even from jumbo) and always make a mockery of you because of those items. Can I not just go shopping without being harrassed? Check everyone's bag or noones bag. I've seen it countrless times that the cashier doesn't check elderly people or people that "look rich/ wealthy". This is discrimination in my opinion. I wouldn't have an issue with bag checks but it's all or nothing... You're basically checking only people that according to Jumbo "look like theives".
I am a working 23 year old that hasn't stolen EVER yet they check my bag every single day. How is this legal??
