★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a grocery store that does not use penny's. they round off to nearest nickel to there advantage. My bill was for 3.18 and they only gave me 80 cents not the 82 owed me. My friend who's bill came out to 43 cents had to pay 45 even though he had correct change.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor customer service. I wanted to pay with 200 euro banknote, but they didn't want to accept it. Even thou their only company policy regarding cash is that they do not accept 500 euro banknotes. They admited they should accept it, but they still refused. 5 employes at or around cash registers, only 3 customers waiting, but they didn't want to move a finger to solve the problem. Oh, and I got this 200 euro banknote at ATM machine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ With my friend I wanted to do some shopping and we came across this supermarket and we wanted to go in but the staff said we had to wait outside but others could go in. We thought this was weird but we went in anyway. After we paid the unpleasant employers we wanted to leave but we were attacked by the electric door that was broken. I would not recommend this supermarket.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite small Jumbo, a bit hidden but very nice. They have a good variety of products at quite decent prices. If you are an expat you may be used to Albert Heijn, well... Jumbo has pretty much the same quality and then same variety of products but at more decent prices than Albert Hijn.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have a lot of choice but they literally don't give a damn about you if you don't speak Dutch... They only speaks to you in Dutch, and thank godness I know some German/Dutch words otherwise I wouldn't have understood anything...
My grandma, who only speaks French, was completely lost, and I wasn't able to translate anything... So okay, they have a lot of choice, okay, it's really cheap, but they should make an effort to communicate in English with tourists.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Interesting approach of employees- that orange juice machine is empty with oranges and many of them walking by without idea of filling in with oranges. When I ask them to put oranges- they reply
- Yes, I will help you to put more oranges- Help you???? Me, customer???? Is it my job to do this and they will only help me?????
This attitude is leading in other situations as well......

They do have a great diversity of products.
What I really enjoy of this supermarket that the team they have working is there for year's and are so helpful and friendly to everyone and anyone.
They other good think to see that they have a lot of fun with each other and that make this supermarket a welcoming place. With haveibg the good products in house you don't need anything else
