I	Iz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No logical people in this store and also quality of the food is not so great. It's like they really hate working at this specific location or aren't trained enough. There are often new faces. I came over to shorter queue where there were two cashiers at the "kasa" with cigarettes because the other register, next to it, had 3 other people standing there already and all other were closed. One cashier was scanning items for people and 1 cashier that was selling cigarettes to one person by the windows. After one customer was scanned it and there was only one more person before me, the cashier said "one moment" and went off. Turns out she went to open new cash register and decided she is done with one i was standing at. Of course the person before me and I first waited for the other cashier but than just walked to cash register she was at again. Creating the very same queue at a different place instead of "unloading" the queue . No logic what so ever, I get the rule of "4 people and it's free" but than just say that you are opening new cash register, not everyone buys cigarettes. The point is - Her colleague was still selling cigarettes to that one person by the time she was finished scanning my items. Her move sure worked. There should be better training.

L	LAtechniker on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Queued up at the shorter queue during lunch hours and was 5th in line. When mentioning it to the cashier in a nice way she called the supervisor who kept me waiting 10 minutes (probably a tactic to get rid of people in a hurry) to look at the CCTV. I then kindly asked if someone could speak English as my Dutch isn’t that good yet which was met with moaning and mumbling of the supervisor (something about foreigners (vreemdeling)). The explanation that followed was that at all times only two customers were waiting at the checkouts and my photo wasn’t even considered as evidence. Apparently I made it up so I payed and left hugely upset about the store going against its own rules.

D	Duaa Khalil on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The treatment is very bad, I asked today for a spray against insects, but instead of helping me, the workers laughed among themselves, Dutch is not my language, but you have no right to laugh at me. It would have been nice if they apologized to me and said we did not understand what you said, anyway I found it myself and went to the same workers and said this is it.
F	Fletum Fletum on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice store with good choice of products. What I like the most is the self-check out machines where you can pay only with card, however, there are also cash registers if you want to pay in cash. Overall, nice experience.
